As you may have seen on the News Page , we had great time at the Pavilion for our 2022 Christmas lunch. Looking forward to next year already!

The 2019 Christmas lunch was held on Wednesday, December 18th, and everyone had a cracking time! 46 people attended and it was quite noisy at times!  Food , company and entertainment by Pete Boddis was spot on and put all in the Christmas spirit. The News page has the details.

As you will have seen from the news page, the Summer Dance was again a success. We hope you were there and enjoyed it!

The 2018 Christmas lunch was well attended, the food was good , the entertainment likewise, and we had a chance to chat with the members of Run Devil Run, who shared a table with us. All had a good time, the only downside being that no one remembered to take any photos, so you'll have to take my word for it!

We had another cracking night on July 6th! After a last minute crisis with the venue, the dance took place at Short Heath British Legion, who helped us out. We think that everyone who had a ticket was advised of the new venue, but if not we apologise profusely. This was due to a double booking at the original venue.

In any event, it was a good night, with about 120 people attending on a very hot night, which had one or two flagging, but the food was good, the band was excellent and the company likewise. There were quite a few familiar faces and some of the dancing was memorable too!

Here are a few pictures of the night.

We had a cracking lunch at the Pavilion again,in December 2017, with 50 attendees.

The room was beautifully laid out, the food was good and the company too, judging by the amount of chatter! Tony Hughes entertained us , a great voice singing some old and some new favourites, and a bit of banter along the way. All very enjoyable. Here are some poor pictures of people having fun.

The Summer Dance, 2017, went very well. Over 100 people turned up and enjoyed a great night of music from Run Devil Run and some excellent food. The evening ended with a lot of tired feet after all the dancing.

The raffle was also well supported , with some prizes donated by the band. Great guys! We made over £400 on the night. We have a few photographs here but not very good ones, I'm afraid.
